You will fly from Alicante to Germany soon?
Please offer us your flight to take one or more of our animals with you.
In addition to your already booked flight, a transport-kennel or transport bag has to be booked as well. This is the possibility for us to send our animals very fast and mostly stressless to their new families.
What do you have to do?
We have to call the flight company to check, if there is a free place in the cargo compartment or cabin. Then the places have to be booked. Of course we can do this for you!
BE SURE THAT WE WILL PAY THE COSTS OF THE TRANSPORT OF OUR ANIMAL/S!!!
Befor your departure in Alicante we will make an exact appointment date and time to meet at the check-in at Alicante airport.
We will check-in the dogs/s with the necessary papers (EU-vaccination card and health certificate if needed).
Then we will bring the dogs/s to the special baggage check-in or you will take it with you to the airplane.
You only have to handle over the animal/s at the airport in Germany.
Dogs, which flew in the cargo compartment will be handed over to you at the special baggage claim (mostly a door next to the normal baggage claim) and the kennel has to be brought on a trolley throught the customs to the exit.
There one of our team members and the new family will wait for you and the animal/s.
If you would like to offer us your flight, we need the following data:
- flight company
- booking- and reservation no.
- departure and arrival date and time
- name and birhtday of the travellers
- phone no. in Spain
You'll fly from Germany to Alicante?
It would be great if you could take transport kennels with you to Alicante. With AirBerlin it'll cost nothing. We only have to book the places in the cargo compartment in advance.
Be sure that we will wait for you at the exit in Alicante.
